I consider it the most important task of my profession to help those who need useful, credible, feasible, and personalized advice on the path they have set out on.
I graduated from the Faculty of Health Sciences of Semmelweis University and then started working as a therapeutic dietitian. During my many years of clinical work, I have also gained a wealth of experience with diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, and cancer. I regularly attend scientific conferences both as a lecturer and as a student to provide up-to-date information to my patients. I believe that eating to suit our individual needs is like a key to our own bodies. But this key is not the same, everyone has a different pattern! That is why it is very important that our diet is always tailored to the needs of our own body.
