Due to the COVID-19 epidemic outbreak in Hungary, according to the regulations of the EMMI, we are unfortunately forced to suspend most of our specialist clinics and currently we can only provide face to face care to patients in case of an emergency.
But you are not on your own in these difficult times.
Our new service, VM E-consultation will allow you to consult your doctor ONLINE or by phone from the comfort of your home instead of a personal visit for the safety of you and your fellow citizens!
During the VM E-consultation you will have the opportunity to consult your specialist at the previously agreed time and form (by phone, email, Skype).
(The method of VM E-consultation (phone, Skype, E-mail) may differ from specialist to specialist.)

We would like to inform you that we cannot provide e-consultation in all cases, this can be determined after we receive your brief health complaint and review any previous medical records!
VM E-consultation process
After the appointment booking, receipt of the statement and the medical records, and the date booked by our Staff has been finalized, we will send you a payment request for the remote consultation. Please pay the amount on the payment request no later than on the last working day before the booked appointment! If the full fee of the VM E-consultation is not paid by the specified deadline, the date of the consultation will be canceled! *
Once the fee has been paid, our specialist doctor will contact you at the time and in the manner specified by you at the contact details provided earlier.
Once you have been identified, a teleconsultation will begin, during which you will receive specialist advice and your medical records will be evaluated (if you have previously provided them to us). In addition, a prescription will be prescribed if necessary.
If you are booking an appointment with one of our specialists, Dr. Kiarash Bahrehmand or Dr. László Molnár, the price of the online consultation is due after the use of the service.
