What do we get information about during the first ultrasound examination?

·      Frequent mood changes, mood swings. Rapid and seemingly unexplained alternations of laughter, crying, and emotions due to changes in hormones.

·      Frequent urge to urinate, especially as the fetus grows.

 

After discovering the pregnancy and then confirming the pregnancy (determining the gestational age, assessing the general state of health), the following actions follow:

Scheduling of regular medical examinations necessary during pregnancy, including ultrasound examinations and other screenings.

In general, it is recommended to start taking prenatal / pregnancy vitamins, especially to increase the intake of folic acid, and to follow a balanced, healthy diet.

Certain lifestyle changes may also be necessary, such as quitting smoking, reducing or eliminating alcohol, avoiding certain foods and drinks, and getting adequate exercise.

It is important for the expectant mother to build supportive relationships, be it her family, friends or even support groups, from whom she can receive the help and support she needs during pregnancy and after childbirth.
