HEAT THERAPY TREATMENTS

On cold winter days, we all like to take warm baths or hide under a warm blanket to rest and relax. Heat not only has a calming effect, but with heat therapy treatments we can also relieve various pains in our body.

For the treatment of gynecological problems, medicinal water baths are especially recommended.

Spas are primarily recommended for gynecological problems such as fibroids, endometriosis, chronic pelvic inflammation, menopause complaints, hormone balance problems, and regeneration after gynecological surgeries. Unfortunately, in the current situation, the spas are closed to avoid the risk of infection.

However, there is no reason to worry, because the beneficial effect of medical spas can also be enjoyed in a tub of hot water at home with the help of various herbs and bath salts.

If you would like to take a spa bath or relax at home, you can do so during a peat bath. Peat contains bioactive compounds that can bind heavy metals and free radicals in our body. They are also able to exert their beneficial effects in the case of joint complaints, muscle strains, as well as gynecological and urological complaints. It is worth preparing the home bath with balneotherapy peat available in specialist shops. Heat the bath water to 37-39 degrees Celsius, add the peat and spend about 15 minutes in the medicinal water. After that, rest your body in a horizontal position for another 20-25 minutes if possible.

If you don't have peat at hand for the spa, or if you don't feel like relaxing in a tub of water, then the warm foot bath can also be an excellent alternative to alleviate various gynecological complaints, colds, and menstrual pains. It is worth using the foot bath before going to bed, in 37-39 degrees Celsius water, for about a quarter of an hour. In order to increase our blood circulation, we can also put a tablespoon of mustard seeds in the water. After soaking your feet, rest for 20-25 minutes, preferably lying down. Not recommended for pregnant women!

We wish you good health and pleasant relaxation!
